In view of the steadily growing interest in German as a foreign language, the Al-Motaqadimah Schools Company and the Goethe-Institut Saudi Arabia have signed today in the presence of Jörg Ranau, Germany’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, a contract for the pilot project “German in Saudi schools” in Riyadh.
Within this project, students from grade 7 and older are taught German as a foreign language.
The pupils can take part in internationally recognized Goethe exams and will be prepared to take up their studies in Germany.
