The Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany announces the vacancy of the position of a part time cleaner (22,55 hours/week, working hours: mornings from Sunday to Thursday) with effect of June 1^st 2026.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Maintain and keep rooms in all parts of the building clean and tidy
• Restocking supplies of cleaning products and possible other products
• Cleaning windows
• Preparation of events and functions at the Embassy
• Assist the staff of the Technical Service

Requirements for the position are:

• Working knowledge of English language (reading / writing)
• Dedication and loyalty
• Good communication and people skills
• Willingness to assist in any other Embassy duties/activities when the occasion arises, including overtime
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
• Skill in using cleaning equipment and products
• Transferable work- / residence permit / Iqama

Appointment will initially be on the basis of a one-year contract, with the possibility of extension.
